Notes: This is the registration page for the Conference of COCOON/CSoNet 2017.
For each accepted paper, at least one author (even if you are a student) must finish Regular Registration of HKD4700 (approximately $600) by May 30, 2017 (AOE) to guarantee the paper will be included in the proceedings. (There is NO refund for registration fees on author registrations.)

Regular and Students/PC registrations include access to all Conference sessions, Conference Materials, Daily Coffee Breaks, Daily Lunches, and Conference Banquet.

The confirmation email may not be sent in the small hours (Hong Kong time, GMT+8). If your payment is successful but you don't get it by 9am (Hong Kong time), please send an email.
Invitation letter
Most participants don't need a visa to visit Hong Kong, though you may need some kind of registration. For details please visit the homepage of Hong Kong Immigration Department.
If for any reason you still want an invitation letter for the travel, please send the following information to Mr. Jie You (jie.you@polyu.edu.hk): (1) your name, title, and institute; (2) your address; and (3) (if you're presenting a paper) the title of the paper.
